Mornings are crazy, and I want to put all of the yummy, healthy, energizing stuff into one glass so I can get the best start to the day. Smoothies really make healthy eating so effortless. It’s the easiest way to kickstart your day with a bunch of fruits and veggies, and vegan smoothies can have real staying power if you get the balance of protein and healthy fats right.

This smoothie is as green as can be, and just might really make you feel like a warrior. The ingredient list is super nutrient-dense, filled with various vitamins and minerals, plus it has 17 g of protein and 12 g of fibre. If you’re looking for a super energizing smoothie, look no further.

Honeydew Mint Refresher Smoothie | Candice Kumai

This smoothie is such a refreshing and minty treat. Honeydew melon is so juicy and also high in vitamin C—just one cup of it can provide 50% of the vitamin C you need in a day. Enjoy this one with a vanilla protein powder! Just leave off the bee pollen for a totally vegan treat.

Hot Pink Beet Smoothie | The First Mess
